If something here is wrong — a price that has changed, a feature that has shipped or been removed, a claim that does not survive contact with the actual product — that is the most useful mail this address receives. Point at the page and say what is wrong. Factual errors get corrected and the change gets noted on the page, per the correction policy.

Platforms and PR

Mail from platforms covered here is read. Two things worth knowing before you send it: coverage is not for sale, and a commercial relationship does not move a ranking or soften a weak-points section — see the disclosure. Corrections of fact are always welcome; requests to remove an accurate criticism are not.

What this address can't help with

This site is independent and has no affiliation with any platform it covers, so it cannot recover your account, cancel your subscription, issue a refund, or restore a companion. Those all live with the platform's own support. If a platform has taken your money and gone quiet, your card issuer is a more effective correspondent than this inbox.
